The organizational unit "HR Business Partner & HR Operations" is responsible for the strategic support and consulting of all departments on topics related to the employee life cycle and talent management in Germany and abroad. Through the agile business partner model, the departments receive holistic support in personnel issues from onboarding to qualification and organizational design to change support.
Are you a student eager to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of Human Resources? We offer an exciting opportunity for an HR Support Intern or Working Student to become part of our agile, virtual, and open-minded HR Business Partner and Operations team. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to assist our Operational HR department in various responsibilities and play a crucial role in the support of our HR BPs in specific HR operational projects and direct engagement with managers and CARIDIANS from our different business units.
- Participation in day-to-day operations within the complete employee life cycle, from contract to on-boarding until off-boarding processes
- Organization, implementation and follow-up of onboarding events
- Gaining insights into the activities of HR Business Partners and taking part in the team meetings
- Preparation of presentations and communication templates as well as evaluation of KPIs
- Support in certain parts of HR projects with intensive collaboration within the HR Business Partner teams
- Enrolled student (or bachelor's graduate starting master's degree program as soon as possible) in the field of Human Resources, Economics, Social Studies, Labour Law or similar
- First practical experience, interest and passion for Operational HR topics and projects
- Profound knowledge of MS Office Applications
- German and English skills in both speaking and writing
- You enjoy working in a team and collaborating with various stakeholders and employees
- You work independently and have a structured way of working
- Above-average commitment and flexibility
- Work location: Berlin, Wolfsburg, Ingolstadt
