Responsibilities

• Responsible for project planning, implementing and management to meet delivery and budget requirements
• Deploy project management strategies to grow global projects and business
• Lead project teams for product engineering, applications and service
• Guide projects through different phases and provide updates on the project progress
• Develop metrics and targets for achieving continuous improvement in project delivery
• Build up and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
• Provide Coaching to project team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years experience in managing technical projects in the automotive industry
• Industry experience preferred: EV battery /or automotive industry
• Global project management experiences preferred
