The Leisure, Luxury & Lifestyle + Airlines Specialist (m/f/d) is a proactive inside Sales position within HSF EAME and functions as support for segment-specific group lead qualification and conversation, Airline RFPs/crew tender qualification and conversation as well as connected Account maintenance. The role involves also administrative Sales team and B2B Marketing/Communications project support and therefore contributes to the achievement of overall agreed revenue & strategy goals of the global LLL & A EAME team.
This role will support business lead conversion, Account management and the building of long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of a number of key performance indicators and objectives. As guided by the Director of LLL + Airlines EAME, this role will design and execute a meaningful and efficient proactive follow up system for business from relevant key accounts managed from the LLL + A EAME team and therefore will work closely with all team members across EAME. This role will also work closely with the RVP of Global Sales to regularly provide pulse checks on segment success metrics, collecting data and updates from all segment team members and relevant Sales and Reporting systems.
This role is crucial as support for the Leisure, Luxury & Lifestyle + Airlines EAME Sales team with administrative tasks and B2B Marketing/Communications project and Sales promotion support, specifically for Hyatt customer events. The LLL & A Specialist is completely in tune with our global distribution strategy and a knowledgeable first point of contact for hotels and customers.
This role also requires outstanding task and time management as well as communication skills, system-affinity (CRM, group booking system) and passion for the Leisure, Luxury & Lifestyle segment overall. Experience in proactive inside sales is of advantage.
This is a key position of Hyatt Sales Force and will interact closely with HSF remote & office teams, hotel- based Sales colleagues worldwide and other Commercial Services departments.
