The U.S. Mission in Frankfurt, Germany is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the RSO Access Coordinator position in the Regional Security office.
Serve as Post’s Access Control Coordinator, responsible for the verification and production of ID badges for Consulate personnel, visitors, contractors, temporary duty travel (TDYers), and Eligible Family Members (EFMs). Manage visitor access and large groups visits. Assist the Office Management Specialist (OMS) in clerical duties. Must be able to obtain a Secret-level security clearance issued by the U.S. Department of State (DOS).
Note: This position description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by incumbent. Incumbent will be required to perform other duties as assigned by the agency.
The work schedule for this position is part-time (20 hours per week).
EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of professional experience in an office setting is required.
Clearance:
All selected candidates must be able to obtain and hold a Secret security clearance.
Background Investigation:
All selected candidates will be subject to a background investigation.
Start Date:
Selected candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time upon receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.
Successful completion of secondary education is required.
LANGUAGE: Mandatory: Fluent in English; speaking/reading/writing. You will be asked to complete a pre-employment language and/or skills test.
