Marketing Manager Beck's & German Brands (Europe)

The role:
In this role, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading our iconic brands Beck's and the Germany Local Jewels incl. Spaten, Löwenbräu, Franziskaner and Hasseröder across Europe. Other responsibilities will be:

Lead, manage and coordinate strategic planning for your Brands

Develop and execute annual brand plans in strong cooperation with the commercial teams in Germany and Italy.

Develop and lead the innovation agenda incl. pack and product innovations
-
Efficiently manage the marketing budget for Beck's and German Local Jewels.

Lead a team of 3 people situated in Germany and Italy.
Who we’re looking for:
-
You own a Bachelor's degree. A Master's degree or equivalent (preferably in business, marketing or communication) is recommended.

+5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the local and international market.

You can demonstrate experience in the creative development as well as cross-channel management of marketing campaigns.

You have already led a team.

You can demonstrate project management and planning competence and have already achieved challenging targets.

You are an owner, taking responsibility to develop your brands and drive results
-
You are creative, innovative and an absolute team player. You are persuasive and have strong communication skills.

You have proficient English and ideally German language skills. Italian is a plus.
