In your new role you will:
- Work on the interface of sales and marketing processes and the respective IT tools
- Shape the process and tool landscape for Infineon's distribution management , sample and pricing
- Derive future process flows and system features in workshops in close collaboration with our internal users as well as our distribution customers
- Ensure that our data flows seamlessly track the digital customer journey
Your program consists of the following elements: - Be assigned to corresponding departments such as pricing or distribution management and understand the business end to end
- International assignment of 4 — 8 months to support the Sales & Marketing teams with specific initiatives under your responsibility
- Be assigned to cross-functional and corporate projects
- Take the driver role for selected initiatives, contributing to revenue growth. In all these activities you work closely and constructively with teams and leaders throughout the organization.
You set yourself ambitious goals and take on new challenges without knowing the right path to an eventual solution in advance. You strive for continuous improvement and feel responsible for and contribute to the team’s success. Furthermore, you are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation, accept responsibility for common goals and put the team’s results above your own interests. Finally, you are personally committed to the customer’s concerns and award them a high priority.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Business , or in Business and Technology
- Relevant internships and/or other practical experiences in the semiconductor industry , sales , marketing or electronic industries distribution management
- International/intercultural experiences already gained during university years or internships
- Structured and analytical thinking and highly developed social skills
- Extracurricular or volunteering activities complete your profile
- An affinity for technology as well as high commitment and willingness to pursue desirable goals
- Interest in working on processes, improving IT systems and analyzing complex data
- Capability to openly and effectively communicate and work with teams and stakeholders on all levels of the organization
- Excellent English language and communication skills ; German basic skills are mandatory
- Willingness to travel on regular basis
