In doing so, we advise our customers in a variety of projects for the further development and digitization of business department requirements for business models, processes and systems with reference to PDM needs along the product lifecycle.

What you can expect from us:

• Identification, analysis and optimization of business processes
• Taking over (partial) projects with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
• Consulting, monitoring and support of business departments in optimizing and realigning business processes or central IT systems
• Recording and analysis of requirements as well as design and development of use cases
• Analysis, evaluation and use of new (IT) technologies

What you bring with you :

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, business informatics or comparable training
• Several years of practical experience in the world of business engineering and PDM
• IT understanding in complex corporate structures (knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz Group is an advantage)
• Experience in managing and coordinating functional interests in agile projects (Scrum Master certification) is a prerequisite, as is knowledge of classic process models, such as Waterfall, V-model or similar
• You have strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as an understanding of strategy, processes and methods
• You are well-versed in the use of common office software platforms as well as remote-work tools and SCRUM-specific tools such as Jira or Confluence and are experienced in presenting and moderating complex issues in heterogeneous groups of people
• You bring an open and agile mindset and help others to go beyond themselves
