Our colleagues in the Revenue, Sales and Category Development team are looking for a Sales Development & Revenue Growth Manager DACH.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You co-pilot our Key-Account teams by defined market & channels/customers andmanage customer specific category management projects.

You are also making sure that our customer trade allowance architecture enables a profitable and sustainable business in every situation. This includes:

• To consult sales team throughout yearly preparation of annual negotiations to drive revenue growth management agenda
• To develop strategic & tactical promotional planning for Germany/Austria - incl. promo efficiency, display/secondary placement guidelines, seasonality & mechanic recommendations,
• To optimize trade investments & incremental opportunity assessment
• To review annual priorities and business delivery against annual targets and capture learnings to influence long term planning process against cereal or snacks
• To pre-align with sales counterparts on strategy and masterplan topics prior to customer meetings
• To represent Sales RGM team in specific cross functional taskforces

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Commercial acumen paired with ideally advanced Revenue Growth Management knowledge gained from Account Management, Revenue Growth Management or similar role
• German, English - advanced
• Affinity for analytics and reporting as well as consumer insights
• You prefer cross functional and cultural collaboration and effective partnering for results
• You prefer to deliver results, own your own tasks and feel accountable
• You prefer to work and think strategically incl. a balanced long and short term view in solution formulation
• Ideally knowledge of German FMCG landscape or comparable business experience
