You will report to our Sr. Manager, Sales GAS, and work closely with Account Management team. This role is field based from Center to South Germany. This role will be responsible for Account Management of driving Net revenue, Profitability and Sell out while growing an existing customer base and acquiring new potential accounts.
ABOUT THE JOB:
You will :
- Develop and execute long term strategic business plans for each account to grow the Net revenues and the profitability and to ensure the Brand positioning and assortment segmentation strategies. Plans will include doors development, space and location optimization, assortment segmentation, marketing initiatives, T&C. Execute seasonally and yearly the plans
- Hold regular meetings with the accounts to monitor results, progress and update strategies and actions. Lead the conversations on T&C to grow the business top and bottom line.
- Collect and analyze regularly account’s sell out data, stock coverage, sell in data, O&O retail data.
- Take decisions and make proposals to the accounts based on a strong business knowledge.
- Collect and leverage market information and stay always on top of the game to identify opportunities and risks and take prompt decisions. Proactively look and implement the best practices in place in other markets and within other channels
- Support the forecasting process in collaboration with the planning team by giving clear strategic directions and growth opportunities derived from sell-in to sell-out methodology (mastering the ROS, life of line, €/M² and other key metrics)
- Prepare in collaboration with merchandise team and lead the sell in sessions to achieve revenue targets and profitability target; optimize pre-bookings, order book conversion and door openings.
- Identify & deliver opportunities to achieve sell out and sell in increase thru space management: growth, relocation, branded space implementation and VM execution
- Identify & deliver opportunities to achieve sell out and sell in thru distribution or product categories with existing accounts.
- Drive for results by building excellent relationships with the customers, including store staff to establish and maintain customer and consumer satisfaction
- Maintain and prospect distribution in compliance of account audits & T&Cs including our minimum order requirements. Ensure proper contractual agreement are in place and diligently updated
- Partner cross-functional partnerships to ensure that product, marketing, finance, credit management , operations, VM align & deliver performance and a premium brand experience in all accounts, all of the time.
- Drive e-com standards of our Brick & Click partners to ensure presence features only current assets, and overall brand presentation is in line with our expectations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual KPIs.
ADDITIONAL INFO :
- This position is field based, your location is preferably Offenbach or Munich, Travel is expected (20%)
- Remote policy : home office possible between travelling and in office meetings
