You'll manage talent, foster development, improve employee relations and engagement, handle industrial relations, ensure clear communication, and provide essential reporting.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Build strong partnerships with management and employees to foster a productive work environment
- Provide efficient customer support to employees and management
- Identify HR challenges and offer proactive solutions
- Facilitate active, two-way communication with the workforce and works council
- Lead and support local and European HR projects
- Ensure fair and compliant application of policies, procedures, and programs
- Advise on and interpret HR policies and procedures
- Manage the full recruitment process, onboarding, and offboarding
- Coordinate performance management systems
- Promote Diversity and Inclusion initiatives within Emerson's culture

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in HR paired with knowledge of German labor legislation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR database familiarity
- Proficiency in German and English
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Higher education in Human Resources or an MBA
- HR generalist experience and coming from a manufacturing environment is highly preferred
- Works council experience
- Experience in a matrix organization
