Personnel and Organizational Development Specialist

Your Mission:

As a Personnel and Organizational Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in advising and supporting employees and managers in matters related to personnel and organizational development within a commercial and production environment. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Designing, implementing, and supporting personnel development tools, including appraisal interviews, competence models, potential recognition and promotion, individual development plans, and career paths.
Coordinating and managing training programs, along with associated administrative tasks.
Developing and executing development initiatives, including team and departmental development.
Facilitating workshops and contributing your expertise to strategic projects such as culture development and transformation.
Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external training partners.

Who You Are and What You Have:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

A degree in psychology, pedagogy, sociology, communication, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in personnel development, training, or relevant fields.
A keen interest in working with digital learning approaches and tools.
A proactive and passionate approach to learning and development.
A talent for generating creative ideas and strong conceptual abilities.
A preference for working in a fast-paced international environment with growth-oriented challenges.
Fluency in both English and German.
