As a Software Developer (m/f/d) for in-Vehicle APIs, you will drive the modularization of the machine software architecture and the further automation of the machine control. You will develop, test and implement in-Vehicle APIs based on modern communication technologies.

What You Will Do

• You specify and implement in-vehicle APIs
• You develop, debug and maintain software
• You support system development to ensure a holistic system implementation
• You write robust code and tests at different levels
• You apply automation techniques throughout the software lifecycle
• You develop solutions in a global team
• You work in an agile setup within a Scrum team

What You Will Bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or comparable
• Several years of industry experience as a Software Engineer (m/f/d) or Software Developer (m/f/d)
• Mastery of C/C++ and other programming languages
• Very good command of written and spoken English

A Plus If You Have

• Software engineering knowledge and experience in best practices for the entire software development lifecycle
• Experience with typical BUS systems (CAN, Ethernet) as well as with typical encoding and communication mechanisms for data
• Knowledge of design, maintenance and versioning of APIs for complex systems and at least one interface definition language
• Knowledge of PREEvision or Capital as well as the design of model-based architectures is an advantage
• Experience with AUTOSAR and Middlewares e.g. DDS
