Your responsibilities

• Support the finalization of the design of the global Digital Unit operating model and its organizational footprint and sizing.
• Drive the implementation of the new operating model by setting up an organizational structure in the DU to support a product-oriented and agile way of working and managing the integration of existing digital SMEs and Engineering Teams from R&D in all regions into the DU organization.
• Support the development and execution of capability assessment of the existing R&D teams.
• Conceptualize and implement the change and communication measurements to adopt the new operating model successfully.
• Prepare and facilitate leadership workshops in the transformation context.
• Build a to-be capability blueprint for the DU and define and implement the upskilling activities for members of the DU.
• Manage challenges and escalations throughout the transition in collaboration with DU stakeholders and business partners.
• Develop, monitor, and communicate transition progress reporting for stakeholders.
• Prepare storyline and presentations for Global Townhalls and Senior Management alignment sessions.
• Develop internal communications material.

Your qualification

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or another related field is strongly preferred. Or equivalent work experience.
• Several years of experience in organizational design, change management, or a related field.
• Track record in leading organizational change initiatives and managing the impact of change on employees and business operations.
• Strong background and expertise in establishing product-oriented teams.
• Well experienced in implementing agile methodologies and ways of working in an organization.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to analyze complex organizational structures and systems. Proficiency in using organizational design and project management tools is required.
• A deep understanding of the latest trends and best practices in organizational design and development, change management, and related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to all levels of the organization.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and encourage others to go beyond their comfort zone.
