The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting committed sales intern to join an established and diverse sales team in one of the world’s best workplaces. You will be working with some exceptional people to help Adobe build a strong vibrant brand! A strong passion for digital and sales is a prerequisite for this role, which can be the first step of a sales career path within Adobe. This position is part of our internship program starting 1st of March for 6 months.
What you'll do:
As part of the sales team, you will be the point of contact for Adobe Digital Experience Solutions sales leadership and management when it comes to selling our digital marketing solutions and driving our sales numbers.
You support our account managers in pipeline generation and execution.
You inform the management about the current business development, support in the preparation of the forecast.
You independently implement sub-projects and liaise with stakeholders from other business units such as Marketing, Finance or License Sales.
You will contribute your creative and sustainable way of working to the optimization and further development of existing reporting structures.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree or equivalent in Sales/Business, university graduation in 2025, first experience in professional life (e.g. apprenticeship, relevant internships, side jobs are desirable).
Fluency in English is required.
Strong desire and discernment for selling.
Ability to call within all levels of an organization, identifying decision-makers, and building long-term customer relationships by establishing trust and credibility.
Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills, confident and goal-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical thinking and structured working style.
Satisfied in working independently.
Confident appearance, strong communication and great teammate qualities, ability to inspire.
Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility with a desire to operate as part of a team.
Ability to challenge the status quo to help drive innovation across the business.
