Aufgaben:

Reparatur aller PCBA sowie Beschaffung von Komponenten für die Reparatur.
Verwaltung von Reparaturteilen für Service und PCBA-Reparaturen
Analyse von Fehlern mit Altium Designer, Oszilloskop und Mikroskop sowie Dokumentation von Fehlern und Abhilfemaßnahmen
Teilnahme am Q-Circle "PCBA-Test"-Treffen
Start des 8D-Prozesses zur Qualitätsverbesserung
Erstellung der technischen Dokumentation für PCBA-Reparaturen (Service Manuals, Known Issue Database).

Ihre Qualifikation:

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/zur Elektroniker/in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
Erfahrung in der Prüfung von Geräten und Leiterplatten
Erfahrung in der elektrischen Messtechnik und Schaltplangestaltung sowie der Beurteilung der Qualität von Lötstellen
Idealerweise Erfahrung mit 8D, Altium Developer und Babtec CAQ
