Fixed-Term Contract, Part-time (30h/week)
The training and the learning phase take place during the day in our office in Leipzig. Home office is possible afterwards - must be based in Leipzig.

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT NEXTBIKE BY TIER

You will delight our customers by providing fast and thoughtful support. You are committed to ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.

You support our customers via telephone and e-mail in German and/or English
You carry out daily tasks, working independently and in a goal-oriented manner

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

You have full professional proficiency in German and English, written and spoken, other language is a plus
You have strong written and spoken communication skills
You are a team player, resistant to stress, and can work in a systematic and logical way
You have a natural command of common office applications and are confident using the internet and e-mail
You have a well-developed command of technology and don’t shy away from communications media
You must be willing to work weekends and holidays
