Tesla is seeking skilled and dedicated Field Service Technicians to join our team and support our operations across Tesla service centers, delivery operations, factories, and ports mainly in the Central Europe region. The Field Service team quickly deploys to operations in need of critical support to handle large backlogs and help with high spikes in workloads. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service, ensuring smooth operations, and delighting our customers at every touchpoint.
What You’ll Do - Field Operations Excellence: Travel across the EMEA region to various service centers, delivery operations, factories, and ports. You will become our on-site expert, performing maintenance and repairs of Tesla vehicles. Your technical prowess and attention to detail will ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
- Customer Service Champion: Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction. You will engage with customers, address their inquiries, and provide technical support to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Your ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and exceed customer expectations will be key to your success
- Troubleshooting and Diagnostic Expertise: Utilize your problem-solving skills to diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions. You will analyze complex problems, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
- Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, service managers, logistics personnel, and customers. You will coordinate service activities, share knowledge, and provide valuable feedback to enhance overall service delivery
- Continuous Learning and Development: Stay at the forefront of technological advancements in our industry. You will actively participate in training programs, stay updated on product developments, and continuously expand your technical knowledge to ensure you remain a subject matter expert in the field
- Safety and Compliance: Uphold strict safety standards and comply with all relevant regulations and protocols. You will proactively identify and mitigate potential safety hazards, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself, colleagues, and customers
