KEY DUTIES KEY REQUIREMENTS

Act as a central point of contact for organizational office tasks.  Working well under pressure
 Support in travel organization and expense reporting  Ability to work in a multicultural environment
 Support team with Salesforce CRM system  Goal-oriented, dynamic and high sense of responsibility
 Support (digital) workshops, seminars and exhibitions  Team and disciplined working spirits
 Support preparation of marketing tools, such as flyer, web presence  Effective planning skills

and newsletter  Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications, 
Support in project/order registration, documentation management primarily Word and Powerpoint and basic Excel skills

 Good written and verbal English skills
 Experience with CRM system, specifically Salesforce would be

welcome but is not a must
