As a Marketing Coordinator Eastern Europe, you will play an important role in driving Sellpy’s growth in the Czech Republic and Poland. You will be responsible for executing local marketing activities and testing new sales channels. This role requires you to have excellent communication skills and be fluent in Czech and English - Polish is a plus. You work closely with the Commercial Lead Expansion and Marketing Manager Poland and you can learn from and leverage the experiences of your fellow regional marketing managers.
In short, you will
- Prepare and conduct the launch of the local Sellpy online shop and selling service in Czech Republic in close alignment with Commercial Lead Expansion
- Localise brand communication like website, emails, marketing materials etc.
- Drive launch campaigns including influencer cooperations, PR alignments, newsletters etc.
- Be a leading force in driving Sellpy’s ongoing marketing activities in the Czech Republic
- Website optimisation: Adapt the website according to ongoing campaigns, marketing activities and merchandising insights
- Influencer management: Plan, coordinate and execute various forms of influencer collabs
- Translations: Take care of ongoing translations for performance marketing, website etc.
- Newsletter marketing: Translate and adapt local newsletter in collaboration with the CRM Manager
- Brand marketing: Coordinate local brand marketing activities, campaigns and cooperations that come up
- Be the spokesperson for our Czech customers by understanding their wishes and needs and voicing those in the organisation
- Be responsible for the project of testing Allegro as a sales platform in Poland and the Czech Republic
- Upload products to Allegro and optimize product offering
- Manage the order and returns process as well as customer support
- Align and improve processes with internal stakeholders like the product team and customer support team as well as Allegro account management
- Analyze performance and potential and decide on future steps together with the Commercial Lead Expansion
Requirements
- A good degree in business/marketing or alike
- Excellent knowledge of Czech and good level of English
- Experience in marketing and/or influencer marketing through internships
- Hands-on and pragmatic attitude to get things going and learn on the way
- Positive energy and motivation to test new things and push ideas
- Good communication skills with influencers, partners, customers as well as internal stakeholders
- Analytical mindset looking for continuous ways to optimise
We’d be impressed if you have
- A good level of Polish
- 1-3 years of work experience in (influencer) marketing for a sustainable lifestyle company and/or the Czech market
- Knowledge of e-commerce
- Proficiency in SQL
