Acting as a platform admin for our globally used self-service solutions using Tableau Desktop, Server and Prep
Steering an external operations team in the area of incident management and troubleshooting
Engaging with international stakeholders on platform updates, governance and new implementations
Ensuring stable service operation, incl. performance monitoring and continuous service improvement

Your Profile

What you should have.

Academic degree or apprenticeship in computer science
Several years of professional experience in the administration of Tableau (e.g. connectivity with the Azure Cloud, troubleshooting, monitoring, upgrades, TSM commands, REST API)
Several years of professional experience in the development of Tableau dashboards
Structured way of working with an eye for prioritisation and audience-specific communication
Fluency in English

What is desirable.

Ideally several years of experience in leading (external) operational teams
Experience in SQL, Python and other BI tools, such as Alteryx, SAP Analytics Cloud or PowerBI is a strong plus
Practical experience in the automation of processes on the Tableau server
