Internship – Advancement of sial processing to improve Radar data evaluation (ADAS) in Lindau bei Continental

We are looking for a mandatory intern (m/f/diverse) in the area of Radar ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) starting as soon as possible and staying about 6 months at our location Lindau (Germany).

A combination of mandatory and voluntary internship can be realized. The mandatory part should cover at least 9 weeks. The working-hours will be mainly on-site in Lindau. Remote work is limited but possible, depending on the task and the agreement of the coordinator.

In your role you are supporting us in Radar pre-development w.r.t. algorithms, signal processing and radar data evaluation.

The tasks include:

• Setup of existing radar tool chain using latest toolings
• Visualization of radar data
• Setup of evaluation tool chain for radar data
• Further development and extension of existing radar signal processing
• Evaluation of radar data w.r.t. new signal processing

• Student (m/f/diverse) in Electrical Engineering or similar field of study
• Very good knowledge in signal processing
• Good IT skills and experience in Python or MATLAB or C/C++
• Any experience in the field of Radar, RF and/or antennas is preferable
• Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
• German language skills are a plus
• Interest in working in an international team
• Regional residence is preferred in order to work on-site
• Soft skills (quick comprehension, analytical thinking, independent work, high level of commitment)
