Job Title: OE & Technical Sales Engineer for Centrifuges/Homogenizers, Nutrition & Health Solutions

Location: Holzwickede, Germany, or Remote in Germany

Intro

The OE & Technical Sales Engineer for Dispersion product lines (Homogenizers) will be responsible to develop / support and win new Components opportunities among our customer base in EMEA. The role will be key to lead direct sales in some countries in EMEA region and support technically the sales via direct and indirect channels into EMEA.

In this role, you will be working with key accounts, OEMs, System integrators, Channel partners building long-term sustainable relationships to meet the Annual Operating Plan for the component part of the specific product line.

What you will do

• Generate sales plans for major accounts and territories covered directly and for the key opportunities also covered indirectly.
• Achieve sales targets
• Be responsible for all types of commercial conversations with customers, lead technical discussions and commercial negotiations.
• Demonstrate and maintain a technical expertise position related to Dispersion product lines and demonstrate the advantages ahead of the competition to deliver results
• Successfully collaborate with internal stakeholders and notably engineering and manufacturing, product management and other as needed.
• Drive and assure adherence to internal compliance processes.
• Regional travel to attend customer meetings is expected
• Train colleagues and channel partners in Dispersion product lines

What do you need

• Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or similar.
• Experience in a sales role in an engineering/manufacturing company.
• Experience in homogenizers.
• Proven ability to handle sales volume of 5 – 10 m$.
• CRM system knowledge (C4C preferred).
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.

Nice to have

• Nutrition and Health industry experience
• Fluent in a second European language

• Problem solving skills with a results-driven approach.
