This position reports to

Customer Support Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance/support to the internal and external customers. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by improving customer satisfaction.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the ELSP in Heidelberg.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Providing customer support for both internal and external clients regarding written price inquiries and offers, both via telephone and email.
Processing orders through SAP (EDI Electronic Data Interchange) and managing interfaces, including prioritizing deliveries, etc.
Handling customer complaints.
Coordinating technical inquiries with relevant departments.
Maintaining master data to ensure good delivery service and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications for the role

You have successfully completed commercial training as an office clerk or industrial clerk, or you have technical training as an electrical technician/master with basic commercial knowledge.
SAP knowledge is an advantage.
You are an open and communicative individual with a strong customer focus.
You are proficient in German, both spoken and written, and knowledge of English would be an advantage.
You are characterized by your ability to work in a team and your resilience.
