For our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as
TASKS WITH IMPACT - Initiate and oversee the implementation of Store Experience projects, from conceptualization to final execution
- Close collaboration with the DOUGLAS countries and our architects and store designers to make our global retail network more sustainable and modern
- Regular collaboration with internal departments such as IT, e-commerce, Category Management, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, as well as external suppliers
- Consultant function: Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive analyses and derive recommendations for action from them
- Develop guidelines for our store staff to ensure service excellence in all international stores
- Analysis of sales figures and other data, as well as creating presentation templates
YOUR SKILLS - Successfully finished degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management or Architecture
- During your studies, you were able to gain initial experience in project management, preferably in the retail or beauty industry
- Proficiency with MS-Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent written and spoken English and German skills
- You contribute your strong drive for innovation and responsibility to ensure the sustainability of our global retail networks
- Assertive and persuasive communication to coordinate the needs and desires of all the stakeholders involved
- Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
