Quentin Hotels, are searching for an administrative secretary position.

At least one year as a secretary experience required, you will essentially help the back office daily tasks for running the hotel chain operation in Berlin

Tasks

Tasks include:

• Pay bills.
• Speak with suppliers in person and via phone.
• A lot of excel work to follow up on supplies, orders etc
• Organize the office paperwork.
• Take notes and execute the manager tasks.
• Write emails in German and English.

Requirements

The job requires a very organized person with a can-do attitude, The more you prove yourself the more reasonability you will get.

Requirements:

• Very Organised, must be able to take good notes.
• Must be good with excel or be willing to learn excel.
• Fluent in German and in English.
