Medical Research Assistant (f/m/d)

Project B03: Linking cohorts and expert knowledge through categorical representation for improved knowledge extraction from longitudinal data

Tasks:

performing literature research regarding suitable cutoffs
developing disease graphs, and performing and analyzing spatial transcriptomics experiments to identify disease-modifying factors

Requirments:

degree in biomedicine
experience in literature research
interest in quantitative research
interest in close collaboration with data scientists

The position is part-time (50%).
