Your role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Thumbnail Designer to join our Economics and Finance YouTube Channel team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing and data-driven thumbnails that maximize click-through-rates and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design visually appealing thumbnails that capture the essence of each video and encourage clicks
• Use data and analytics to drive thumbnail design decisions and improve click-through-rates
• Collaborate with the video production team to ensure that thumbnails align with the overall vision for the channel
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the finance and economics industry to design relevant and eye-catching thumbnails
• Use creative design techniques and software to develop unique and compelling thumbnail designs
• Continuously experiment and iterate on thumbnail designs to improve click-through-rates

What you add to our crew

• Proven experience as a thumbnail designer, graphic designer, or similar role
• A portfolio that demonstrates an eye for design and creativity
• Excellent understanding of design principles and techniques, with a focus on creating thumbnails that maximize click-through-rates
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong analytical skills to use data and analytics to drive thumbnail design decisions
• Knowledge of and interest in the finance and economics industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production timelines
• Flexibility to accommodate feedback and make revisions as needed
