How to contribute to our vision
The CVE Program Manager represents Procurement in the PLM process ensuring early involvement of Procurement and guidance of stakeholders related to Procurement specific topics, such as ordering lead times or cost out initiatives. The CVE Program Manager also:
- Acts as focal point of CVE and P in the respective Program and Platforms coordinating all tasks and deliverables within Procurement
- Establishes and maintains overview of program/platform cost transparency throughout the PLM process
- Acts as the Procurement one point of contact for development topics - establish and coordinate the communication
- Owns and delivers Procurement deliverables within the PLM process
- Maintains overview of cost out initiatives and coordinates/ensures the inquiry of supplier quotations to validate cost out potentials/business case
- Actively contributes to the product development process regarding cost reduction measures.
- Closely aligns with R&D community.
- Includes suppliers and maintains Supply Chain Concepts, contributing to cost-benefit analysis workshops, innovation workshops and concept competitions with key suppliers in order to concentrate on the key functions of the components/projects.
- Coordinates sourcing decisions with interface partners in order to incorporate technological know-how and safeguard security strategies.
- Participates in workshops and contributes to projects in order to stay informed and keep others informed and exert influence at an early stage.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or similar
- Fluent knowledge of English, both written and spoken; German, Spanish and Danish would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical thinking
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, TeamCenter. SAP, PowerBI
- Wind industry experience, as well as knowledge of the Siemens Gamesa 4.X and 5.X turbines would be an advantage
