What we expect

As an intern or working student (d/f/m) in Business Transformation & Strategy, you will work with an experienced transformation team in an international environment. Your main tasks are as follows:

• Supporting the team in transformation projects and process improvements in collaboration with top international management consultancies
• Contributing to the development and integration of the global transformation plan into the budget planning
• Analyzing and evaluating business cases for large transformation and value creation projects
• Working independently in processes for controlling the global project portfolio and implementing global action programs
• Supporting content management, further development of internal tools and databases, reporting, and project tracking

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's or master's student or in a gap year in business administration, management, or industrial engineering
• Experience in the field of business development/transformation, project management, and/or consulting
• Conceptual and analytical skills
• Independence, responsibility, and good social and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, excellent MS Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluent English (knowledge of German/another foreign language is advantageous)
• Availability of 20 hours per week for a working student position or full-time internship for 3-6 months
