Who are we looking for?

We now have an opportunity for an Accountant to join our team in Finance, mainly focus on Account Receivable.

What will you be doing?

As an Accountant, your essential functions and responsibilities are as following:

• AR reconciliation with customers, provide related information to customers and keep good communication with them.
• Do cash application timely.
• Review Credit Note applications.
• Credit term and limit maintenance.
• Order release support.
• Collaborate with internal team on closing projects such as AR Aging, BDR, GL adjustment entry.
• Cash inflow forecast.
• BS recon supporting document preparation.
• Support audit work timely.
• Offers assistance to support the new goals of departments and units.
• Collaborate with internal team on closing projects.
• Offers related information to customers and keep good communication with them.

Who are You?

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in finance or accounting.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Have a good command of accounting knowledge.
• Good team-work spirit.
• Good communication with external and internal, and complete task on time.

What competencies will you need?

To be successful in this role, you will need to have high sense of responsibility and good professional ability and good communication skills.

Good command of English and Chinese, MS Office.
