Content & Project Coordinator in Berlin-Kreuzberg bei Premium Exhibitions GmbH

Your mission

With the expansion of conference content across IFA Berlin as well as the Content and Media Hub, IFA is searching for a Content Coordinator to help oversee the administration of the content. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of our global events content strategy, including the Content & Media Hub.

The positon will support the team’s work with a variety of projects and tasks including:

• Assisting in the creation and delivery of the content roadmap.
• Supporting the preparation of the conferences.
• Assisting with the schedule and delivery of content from a variety of partners.
• Manage and coordinate deliverables with key content partners and speakers.
• Researching and helping to generate topics to support our conferences and for our Content & Media Hub.
• Helping to put together content pieces, including interviews and articles.
• Supporting the management of all website content updates, including uploading content via a CMS.
• Assisting to external events to provide onsite support with partner.

Your profile

• Technical skills, ergo comfortable with current digital tools
• Interested in consumer technology
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Timekeeping skills, excellent phone manner, organised and ability to meet deadlines
• A self-motivated and innovative approach to tasks
