• University degree in Business Administration, IT or similar

• From 1 - 2 years of experience in a comparable position in an international work environment, preferably in the fashion / e-commerce / consumer goods/retail industry

• Strong communication skills to effectively operate in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments

• Excellent analytical skills

• High English proficiency

• Experience with project management related tools (e.g.: JIRA and Confluence) and software is a plus

• Team-player with a joyful approach to work and a true passion for sports & technology

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven person, interested in sales, technology and ready to have a direct impact in PUMA’s global wholesale business. This role will be involved in software management, requirements engineering, project and process management. The main responsibilities of the role are:

• Manage the continuous improvement process of a global B2B digital sales tool

• Prepare commercial release notes and communicate to our users what is new in our digital sales tools

• Participate in all project management rituals and support the development of improvements to our processes and tools

• Manage content in our B2B website, make sure all our products have images and prices to better serve our customers

• Create monthly and quarterly sales performance reports

• Communicate to key internal and external key stakeholders, and drive change management forward in our sales processes

• Manage small-scale projects independently
