• You start in an agile team consisting of product owners, UX/UI designers, devops engineers and developers
• You guide young developers with your experience and proven skills
• You will work on developing new and maintaining existing features in the back end of the app
• You play a key role in the design and planning of new services and features
• You are able to propose new technologies and architectural approaches at your own discretion
• You actively work on analyzing and improving the performance of the back-end system

• You have professional experience (at least 5+ years) in a JVM language (Java, Scala, Kotlin)
• You have 3+ years of professional experience with Spring Boot Framework
• You have already worked on similar application
• You have experience with performance analysis and optimization (server turning, JVM monitoring...)
• You have a high level of analytical thinking and can identify problems and their correlations
• You work precisely and have a high quality standard
• You have a very good command of English
• You are a team player and open for a virtual after work drink
