What will you be doing?

• Assist in project management activities for the 6G-ANNA project, a publicly funded BMBF project involving over 35 project partners from industry, universities, and SMEs in Germany.
• Support the Work Package (WP) lead in organizing technical sessions, meetings, and workshops with project partners.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other project documentation.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and assist in tracking project progress.
• Coordinate with project partners to gather information, reports, and updates.
• Assist in project risk management, issue tracking, and escalation processes.
• Contribute to project communication and dissemination activities, such as updating project repository, deliverables and milestone documents.
• Successful completion of the internship requires each applicant to demonstrate proficiency in project management tasks, effective communication with project partners, and support the WP lead in delivering project objectives.

It would be nice if you have:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a related field; OR Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field with coursework or experience in project management. Either case, preferably in their final year of studies.
• Prior experience in project management or internships in a relevant field.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Familiarity with the telecommunications industry or technical projects would be an advantage.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication ability, with strong presentation skills.
