WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As our Brand Creative Senior Narrative Manager, you will create the voice that expresses the heart and soul of the Nike brand, leveraging athletes*, products and services to inspire our consumer. You will lead and champion creative concepts and storytelling across the City aligned to the Nike Berlin strategic direction.
You have experience when it comes to directing other creatives and are familiar working in close partnership with writers, strategists and producers. You’re able to both understand and participate in strategic conversations and can lead others through creative concepting, development and execution.
You are a person who is driven to look beyond the obvious, led by their natural interest in how the best stories in the world are told, what makes them great and how we can apply that craft to our tasks at Nike Berlin.
You have proven experience working at scale and can lead complex work streams independently – managing and prioritizing your time as needed. You’re exceptional at crafting the detail all the way to delivery and use this experience to teach others around you. Without fail you’re able to connect the dots between culture and ecommerce and find the common ground between a brand and its consumers.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will lead complex workstreams independently and direct others in order to develop well-crafted narrative that expresses the heart and soul of the Nike brand, leveraging athletes, products and services to inspire our consumer.
Understanding the audience is key. Finding new and interesting ways to get close to the city, mine unique insights and develop them into sharp Nike points of view. You will be the guardian of the creative brief, equipping those around you to deliver their best work. Execution will range across multiple channels and as a senior storyteller, you will be expected to have a considered opinion on what our story is, how our communication is delivered and how we can drive membership through our ecosystem.
Juggling multiple projects at the same time, you will need to communicate your concepts to various internal and external audiences. As a creative lead, you’ll be responsible to take on feedback from various stakeholders and drive the development of work to ensure that all work is delivered on time.
Working closely with the creative leadership team, you’ll be responsible for shaping the future voice and storyline of the brand across every Nike consumer touchpoint. Fostering and leading innovative thinking, collaboration, and teamwork you'll also provide ideas that influence and drive best practices throughout our function.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report into the City Editorial Director, but day-to-day you’ll work with the editorial, narrative & writer teams alongside a team of Art Directors, Designers, and Producers, managing projects across multiple workstreams. Beyond the core team, you will also work a lot with external creatives and agencies – commissioning various work across multiple disciplines.
