Basic Salary 2080 €/month+ Project Bonus up to 200 €/month
25 days of holiday + special leave whenever you need it

You will answer customer requests on the phone in English/German and offer support via E-mail
You will help customers with technical questions regarding their products

You have exactly what we need:

You are an excellent ENGLISH speaker with very good German language skills
You are willing to work flexibly according to the requirements of the job
You are familiar with customer service
You are in control of your computer
You live in Berlin and have a valid work permit at the time of recruitment
You are willing to work 5 times a week
