We are currently recruiting a Customer Support Specialist based in Germany. Partnering directly with the Customer Support Manager, your focus will be on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring DPA checks are completed before providing information, and document cases accurately.
- Solve problems and conduct investigations.
- Build and maintain thorough product knowledge.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other regions.
- Complete administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain quality and productivity KPIs.
- Fluency in English - fluency in French and/or German is a big plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
