YOUR TASKS:

Implementation, 2nd level support and Application Lifecycle Management of business applications
Analyse business requirements and transfer them into IT specifications
Project Management
Organization, analysis, support and coordination of processes (in accordance with ITIL)
Coordination of 3rd level support (External service provider coordination)
Incident and change management
Documentation of the supported applications

YOUR PROFILE:

University degree e. g. in Business Administration, Informatics or other equivalent education
At least 2-3 years of experience in IT, e. g. Project Management, supporting applications in a cloud / Microsoft environment or other equivalent IT related tasks
Customer focused thinking and result-oriented function while you have the passion to be responsible for IT services
Project experience (e. g. requirement analysis, project management, application implementation)
Knowledge in project management methodologies (e. g. PRINCE2, PMP) and support processes (ITIL) are another benefit
Excellent skills in English (German or Spanish are an additional benefit)
