Stellenbeschreibung
Aufgaben
Part of the ODDO BHF Group IT Department, you will join the CORE BANKING IT team, which has built a complete back-office platform to create a unique internal tool to manage all business lines of the group in France & Germany, to support the European ambition of the Group.
In this context you will report to the Team lead of Business Analysts for Static data perimeter (all topics related to third-parties, accounts & instruments for the Group).
Project delivery:
- Gather requirements from business lines / back-office operators for projects & bundle evolutions
- Analyze and evaluate current system process, interfaces and workflows
- Recommend changes and enhancement to improve business operation
- Consider the opportunity to mutualize solutions for France & Germany and potential risk for the impact of changes
- Work cross-functionally with all IT teams (IT Ops/Infra, IT Front tools, IT Portfolio Management Systems, IT Compliance..)
- Specify requirements using Agile methodology (Jira IT & Test Framework & Documentation Wiki)
- Operates in full compliance with internal policies, procedures, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- Close collaboration with the Software DEV Factory based in Tunis or the provider, depending on the solution.
- Proactively participate in user acceptance testing projects with the Quality Analysts team
Quality of Service:
- Support business users, including training if necessary
- Participate to functional release note preparation for each delivery regarding static data scope
- Support the delivery process to ensure smooth post-deployment
Finally, handle bundle upgrade requests and bug fixes to guarantee optimum quality of service
Anforderungsprofil
Anforderungen - Successfully completed university degree in computer science, mathematics, economics or similar with a focus on IT
- Functional knowledge of the Financial Front to Back chain
- Excellent team and communication skills
- Business fluent in written and spoken English required, very good knowledge of French is an advantage
- First experience with JIRA and SQL is an advantage
- Analytical skills and curiosity are key to work in a demanding environment
- You have at least 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Willingness to travel to Paris and Frankfurt am Main
