Over the last 4 years, we have co-created more than 50 originals across nearly 15 content genres with over 20,000 content assets and worked with over 500 creators, building equity for the brands we work with. We have delivered campaigns in over 20 countries across South-East Asia, the Indian subcontinent, Africa, Middle-East, Europe & Latin America.

The campaign Associates will need to become specialists in the branded content and cultural landscape in India. They would need a strong entrepreneurial drive and the ability to deliver impactful and engaging content solutions throughout the year.
About the Role:
We are looking for an individual with 5 to 7 of experience in working with youth-centric brands on social media channels, & influencer marketing with a deep understanding of digital trends & the necessary skills to analyze, plan & execute social media campaigns while working with brands and creators/ influencers. Key responsibilities:
1. Manage multiple accounts, and develop positive working relationships with clients at senior levels
2. Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
3. Overseeing campaigns and projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
4. Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign
5. Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of social media campaigns and their success
6. Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained and make relevant changes in strategy to maximise impact and meet set KPI
7. Conduct research to study social trends, current benchmark patterns, and consumer behaviour
8. Develop community outreach approaches and strategies
9. Execute social media campaigns under the guidance of the campaign lead/ campaign manager
10. Plan the brands’ social media programming with the team based on monthly cadence, BAU, festive and marketing calendar
11. Publish posts on the client’s social media channels successfully and in a timely manner
12. Moderate and manage online feedback from fans and clients
13. Lead and encourage teams to perform to the best of their ability
14. Manage team's work flow and load
15. Work closely with the management to think through the brief, the insight, the approach and the strategy for new business development
16. Develop social media page strategies to increase user engagement on brands’ channels
17. Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
