For the Munich-Moosburg branch in Putzmeister Concrete Pumps GmbH we are looking for a clerk and assistant in part-time (m/f/d). The purpose of the position is to perform administrative tasks.

Your task

• Independent processing of administrative tasks in SAP
• Independent order processing of external suppliers
• Independent processing of incoming invoices
• Support with spare parts sales
• Active support in sales campaigns and customer care
• Independent processing of webshop orders
• Organization of audits and occupational health appointments as well as technical safety support
• Assistance activities for the branch management
• Personnel maintenance (time recording, travel expenses, etc.)

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Very good English and German language skills, both written and spoken
• Good ability to express yourself in writing
• Experienced handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Structured and result-oriented way of working
• Friendly, convincing and confident appearance
• High degree of empathy, loyalty and discretion
• Team spirit, resilience, flexibility and commitment
