As the Marketing Operations Team Lead you will be accountable for the global marketing operations and implementing the global digital strategies. You will be the direct supervisor of a global team of marketing professionals, as well as responsible for agency management. Together this team will have the objective of increasing awareness around the knoell brand, generate leads, and support the sales organization with effective tools, tactics and measures. The marketing team acts as a proactive hub between all relevant stakeholders, working together to deliver business growth and create efficient processes through automation. Within knoell, the marketing team provides an integrated marketing mix focusing on digital omni-channel marketing and including event marketing, content, and design as well as account-based marketing.

• Lead and manage global marketing team (hiring & onboarding, communication and mentoring through regular 1:1 meetings, motivation, managing performance and feedback, and enhancing team collaboration)
• Implements the strategic orientation of the knoell group (focus areas / client segments / services)
• Act as the operational lead of (digital) campaigns and projects, and thus has a direct impact on the continuous and successful implementation and communication of the defined focus topics - globally and locally
• Develop and implement brand and communication strategies for the service portfolio
• Develop the annual marketing plan and budget based on the business strategy
• Develop, coordinate, and execute digital marketing campaigns for the defined services and target markets
• Continuously improve the marketing mix with a clear focus on digital channels and activities
• Monitor and ensure implementation of marketing activities with regard to thematic, technical, time and budget specifications
• Closely cooperate with leadership, operations, and sales to achieve common goals.
• Build up and manage a network of external partners (e.g., agencies) for production and execution (global & local)

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration with a focus on marketing and communication
• Proven track record of 5 years or more in international marketing ideally in B2B environment
• High expertise in marketing & digital tools (e.g., Marketing automation, HubSpot)
• Expert-level knowledge on marketing strategy and operations
• People leadership experience
• The willingness to take responsibility and make decisions
• Fluent in English
