What this role looks like.

Configuring and optimising our Atlassian cloud
Providing consultancy and support for the selection and integration of Atlassian marketplace apps
Continuously complying with and further developing our quality standards
Cooperating with our agile product teams
Conducting user training and workshops
Supporting internal teams during major projects
Providing individual consultancy in case of special solutions

Your Profile

What you bring with you.

Degree or apprenticeship in (business) informatics or similar qualification
Very good knowledge of Atlassian solutions with a focus on Jira and Confluence
Experience in working with ITSM processes, agile software development as well as working in an agile environment
Solution-oriented, structured and independent way of working
Knowledge in the area of software testing
Excellent level of English and good German language skills
