Our work covers a diverse range of tasks in terms of content and subject matter, combining the classic architectural activities of conceptual design and structural planning with analysis and consulting. Programming means understanding complex tasks and translating them into structural and strategic plans for our clients. Essential elements of programming are concentrated workshops at the client's site as well as open and creative teamwork.

In the early stages of projects, we work closely with clients, users, external project stakeholders and our internal disciplines. We create the right context for a task by generating a common understanding of the task at an early stage and raising the level of knowledge of all those involved - we design a target picture, define the vision, record and evaluate requirements in order to make the right deductions. In this way, we create a binding framework for a project right from the start.

With our design studios, we work on design and competition tasks of the most varied size, typology and scope. In doing so, we develop new building typologies, places for innovation and communication, working worlds and thought models, strategic building concepts and master plans for companies, real estate developers and communities - interdisciplinary and innovative beyond existing boundaries. Among other things, we deal with working worlds and the spatial challenges of new ways of working.

With unconventional thinking and method, we develop reliable and resilient strategies and concepts. From functional requirements, processes and the cultural context of a task, forward-looking building and urban developments emerge.

To strengthen our team in the area of programming, we are looking for Junior Design Strategists (m/f/x) for our office in Munich with immediate effect.

• Conducting workshops with clients, professional planners, users, and our design studios
• Preparation of presentations, documentation and workshop results
• Capturing, visualizing and structuring workshop content and project information
• Collaboration with internal and external experts and decision makers to develop strategies and concepts
• Participation on competitions, feasibility studies, and strategic master plans
• Development of land use and spatial concepts
• Analysis of communication networks
• Preparation of potential studies for buildings and sites

• Completed studies in one of the following fields: architecture, communication and graphic design, psychology, data science, information architecture (IA) and (business-) engineering
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong interest in architecture, urban design, and working environments
• Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and creative interaction with diverse interlocutors
• Experience in preparation and moderation of interactive workshops
• Independent, analytical, and conceptual working style
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel
