As an Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) Social Media Support in our team you will:
- Handle customer enquiries and requests and respond to them according to need and situation.
- Communicate with customers via different channels (e.g. phone, mail or chat) to ensure an optimal customer experience.
- Dealing with the customer's various concerns regarding their social media account, marketing measures and their advertising effectiveness and offering them the right solution.
- Provide individual product advice that not only generates orders, but also fulfills the real needs of our customers.
- Once the customer is happy, document the interaction in the customer database.

- Are service-orientated and communicative and are able to meet customers at eye level in a friendly and pleasant manner.

- Can flexibly cover the service hours (Monday – Sunday from 08am – 11pm), which are staffed using a rotating multi-shift system.
- Are confident in using a PC.

- Can fulfil the requirements for a remote workplace.

Ideally you already have:
- Experience in customer service
- A recognised qualification and experience in customer service support.
