Your mission includes following tasks

• Develop and maintain the BMW group relation in close cooperation with the BMW GKAM

• Guide and steer in a dotted line the local key account technicians to ensure a globally equal support experience for our specialized product offer used at BMW group plants worldwide

• Develop new innovative software features and tightening products in close relation with our product companies within the Business Area “Industrial Technique”

• Develop and maintain a BMW specific technical specification together with BMW tech centers and product company support

• Carry out frequent alignment meetings with customer stake holders on technical level

• Setup and conduct trainings towards the global service organization

• Ensure successful product introduction including customer acceptance test for new features and/or products

Our requirements

• Good experience in assembly processes, especially automotive IoT based solutions (knowledge of BMW assembly systems are a benefit)

• Structured fault finding and diagnosis skills, and the ability to complete concise and accurate situation reports

• The ability to interact with global colleagues and customers to achieve the business aims and goals of the organization

• Team player who sometimes goes beyond own job role to assist in the execution of the department tasks

• Fluent German and English language skills

• Willingness to travel within Europe as well as globally on demand
