TASKS - Support in overarching organizational tasks and support on preparation of presentations for senior stakeholders
- Support in day-to-day collaboration to facilitate the implementation and transformation activities between organizational entities, global tribes and global functions
- Ad hoc support on selected topics (regular monthly reporting, Governance meetings, e.g. Steering Committees, Supervisory Board etc.)
PROFILE - Bachelor's degree in Buisness Administration, Management or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Excellent attention to details, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive attitude and self-motivation with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team's success
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Any additional language skills are an asset
