In this newly created role, you will act as a direct sparring partner (m/f/x) for the Managing Director Marketing & Digital to further develop the business operationally and strategically.

Your tasks:
Contribute to the further development and optimization of our e-commerce activities in close interaction with the Managing Director Marketing & Digital
Management and coordination of strategic projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Implementation of projects to increase growth and efficiency as well as identification of new business potentials
Identification and analysis of relevant KPIs and deduct concrete actions to develop our business
Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile:
Above-average degree from a top university in the field of economics or comparable studies
Initial practical experience, e.g. through internships, in a consultancy company and/or a start-up environment would be an advantage
Very good analytical skills combined with a strong hands-on mentality
Intrinsic motivation to actively drive impact in our business activities
Quick perception and structured working methods
Self-sufficient approach to work and strong organizational skills
Very good German and English skills
