Product Manager in Deutschland bei Optibus

Optibus is looking for a Product Manager to join our product team in the challenge of creating the next generation of public transportation solutions, to change the mobility world as we know it!

As a new product manager of our driver team you will take part in building the next generation of cross-platform driver tools. You will play a key role in leading this exciting team to deliver the best driver solutions in the industry and will be responsible for the full lifecycle of your products and features. You will closely collaborate with a cross-functional team and play a key role in shaping and building the product roadmap and go to market strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Fully own the product life cycle of your module & features; from ideation through development, to launch.
• Gain a deep understanding of your user personas, user needs and main pain points for each user persona - conduct interviews with prospects, key users and design partners, lead exploration sessions and perform market research.
• Translate user needs into features - work closely with designers, engineers and other product managers to define requirements, build wireframes & designs, and write specs & user stories.
• Experienced in building mobile and cross-platform applications
• Help prioritize and execute our high paced development sprints for the entire product team
• Constantly monitor and validate the success of the features under your responsibility
• Help shape the short and long-term roadmap of the product
• Take a leading role in setting your team’s OKRs and building the quarterly plan
• Participate in outbound activities to provide knowledge and insights to guide marketing and sales efforts
• Work closely with CS & Onboarding teams to ensure a successful and efficient rollout for the first clients

• At least 3 years of experience as a product manager in a SaaS B2B company
• Experienced in building mobile or cross-platform applications
• Can effectively manage competing priorities and rapid changes while adapting strategies and priorities as needed to meet tight deadlines
• Strong leader that excels when working under pressure and is energized by tackling challenging situations head-on
• A problem solver with a strong “can do” approach - one that will usually try to also offer remedies while pointing out the challenges and the complexities.
• A strategic thinker capable of setting a clear vision for the module and building a clear roadmap that will get us there after considering other alternatives.
• A good communicator with great presentation skills
• A true team player capable of closely collaborating with multiple stakeholders including engineering, customer success, presales, and marketing to successfully manage the product life cycle.

It will be great if you have:

• Experienced in building products for enterprise-level customers - an advantage
• Familiar with the world of mobility or public transportation - an advantage
