At our Gillette plant in Berlin with approximately 750 employees we produce cartridges for the premium wet shaving systems Fusion, Skinguard and Venus using the latest high-tech control and manufacturing technology. An important part of the production process is the complex and innovative area of plastic injection molding.

For this area we are looking for a Process Engineer Molding (m/f/d) with initial practical experience and a passion for molding processes.

YOUR ROLE AS Process Engineer Molding (m/f/d)

• Part of the team in finding solutions and eliminating complex malfunctions

• Ensuring and improving existing quality standards

• Development and implementation of new production processes

• Project planning and implementation of new molding systems

• Improvement and standardization of existing production machines / automation processes

• Development of new maintenance standards

• Planning, calculation and implementation of technical projects

• Analysis and comparison of variants of technical development potentials

• Global cooperation with sister plants and partner companies

• If interested, possibility to take over personnel responsibility later-on

Job Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed bachelor's or master's degree in engineering with a focus on molding processes

• A real passion for molding technology

• First practical experience with molding processes, ideally in plastic injection molding within the scope of internships or first engineering positions

• Ideally good knowledge in the field of automation technology

• Very good target group-oriented communication and social skills

• Strong thinking/analytical skills and quick thinking with a "can-do" attitude

• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt quickly to change

• Good knowledge of German and English

• Assertiveness, ability to work in a team and leadership skills

• Initiative, flexibility, and coordination skills
